Our Principles

When evaluating new project opportunities, Neo Alliance considers a spectrum of environmental, governmental, social, cultural, and economic factors before making an investment decision.

In the communities we operate, we interact with local residents, governments and other interest groups to facilitate long-term resource development under the spirit of mutual benefit and cooperation.

We place great priority on building partnerships in entrepreneurial endeavors that contribute to enhancing local capacity and we also commit to providing financial support to social organizations through our charitable giving.

The employment of local community members is also a priority. We respect the interests of all members of the communities in which we conduct businesses and interact frequently with them.

Case Study 1: Majiahe Property – Xihe County

Neo Alliance has been involving with the community development of the Xihe County in road construction and job creation. Neo Alliance has hired the majority of workers from the local labour pool. Through training and work experience, Neo Alliance will promote the on-site workers to be technical and management staff. Since 2004, Neo Alliance has been providing financial and construction support for road construction and maintenance at the local villages, Ma Yuan Village and Xao Yu Village, nearby the mine site. Villagers can enjoy better access to their homes after maintenance.
