Neo Alliance has the responsibility to protect, reclaim and enhance the environment on the sites that we operate. We believe in environmental stewardship and diligently apply proven management controls to achieve this aim. By applying comprehensive environmental management programs, we are able to ensure that environmental effects are being adequately addressed; controls are in place to ensure compliance with corporate environmental policies and obligations and government regulations; environmental management activities are supported with adequate financial resources; and that plans are in place to ensure that the environment is protected for future generations and most importantly that the sustainability of nearby communities is safeguarded.

In China, one of the criteria of the issuance of the mining license is the compliance to the relevant environmental laws and design of measures to curtail and prevent any potential environment hazards.
